Account and cloud data
Delete your cloud account
You can start deletion in the app or authenticate here. The request removes the cloud account and secure-link data; it does not remotely erase data stored on your phone or in another person’s copy.
What the request deletes
- Your AI Health Records cloud account and active login sessions.
- Account-owned secure links, access control, encrypted snapshots, and related cloud object metadata.
- Account-scoped consent, entitlement link, and security data when no longer required for deletion, fraud prevention, billing integrity, or law.
A minimal deidentified deletion receipt may remain for up to 31 days so completion can be checked without restoring the deleted account.
What is not deleted remotely
- Blood-pressure or blood-glucose records stored locally on your devices.
- Entries already written to Apple Health or Health Connect.
- PDF, image, or CSV files that you exported.
- Copies a secure-link recipient already saved, printed, or captured.
- Your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription.
Remove those items from the relevant device, health platform, file location, recipient, or app store separately.
In-app path
Open Settings → Account → Delete cloud account. Sign in if asked, review the consequences, and confirm. The app saves a protected receipt before it submits the irreversible request.
Start on the web
Only an authenticated owner can start a request. Email lookup alone is never used to locate or delete an account.

Timing and support
Acceptance blocks the cloud account immediately. Background deletion may remain pending while encrypted objects and retention jobs are completed. The protected receipt can be used to check status until it expires. If a request needs attention, contact privacy@nextb.uk without including health data or credentials.
